She Passes, The moment she was directly overhead (the closest point of approach), the frequency was at its true, emitted pitch.

She departs, As she flew away from my home, the sound waves stretched out behind her. This lowered the frequency (lower pitch) I heard her voice go high to low.

 The Doppler effect was caused entirely by her physical velocity through the atmosphere relative to my stationary ears. It proves she was moving *tangentially* across the sky of the Marine Lake, not hovering.

And Where Was She Going? (Trajectory & Vector)

Based strictly on the Doppler shift I described (hearing the pitch drop as she passed), we know she was moving away from my coordinates** at the moment I heard the tail-end of the shift.
